Intake and Assessment: $175

Individual Psychotherapy Session: $150

I am currently in the process of becoming in-network with OHP, Aetna, Moda, Cigna,  Blue Cross Blue Shield, Providence, United, and Pacific Source.

If you do not have the insurance listed above, I can provide you with a super bill that you can submit to your insurance for possible partial reimbursement. If you are hoping to be reimbursed for therapy, I encourage you to call you insurance directly to inquire about your out of network coverage before beginning services with Light Within Therapy.
